Say Hello To My Little Friend!

Everyone in our neighborhood has been talking about this little guy and we hadn't seen him until yesterday, while opening a window I saw him climbing the tree out front....Abby was out and just sauntered (waddled) by him and luckily didn't come face to quill with him.
Roughan and I watched him for quite a while...I never knew Porcupines could climb trees so well. Anyway I'm sure we'll see him again soon since he seems to be living very close by!

Roughan's coloring skills have improved so much in the past little bit I had to share his latest "bad guy" piece....Great job for a just turned 5 year old!

Rhys still has a ways to go to get to this point...for starters we'd like to get her to stop eating the crayons!

Birthday Bash #1

On April 11th the entire Gaetz Clan and Nanny Glena came to celebrate Rhys' 1st birthday and at the same time we celebrated Roughan's birthday with the family. Rhys thoroughly enjoyed her easter cake covered with Chocolate eggs...Thank you so much to Stephanie for all the wonderful photos!!

It was one short year ago that we were shocked to be blessed with a baby girl!

Rhys is now a Happy 1 year old and I promise to post some birthday pics soon but right now I'm very busy preparing to go back to work tomorrow..... :(
